NB. Users of the previous Digital Membership Card will need to create a new account to access this system.
Account creation is initiated by tapping the create account link at the bottom of the login form.
You will then be asked to enter and submit your registered email address. The resultant email will contain a unique link that will allow you to create your new account.
The account creation procedure includes an option to upload a suitable photograph for inclusion on your digital membership card. Portrait style photos generally work best.
If you upload a photo from your mobile and find it's upside down on your card, your phone' sensors have misinterpreted your phone's orientation when you took the photo, or it may be because you used your phone's "Mirror front camera" option. In either case, use your favourite image processing software to rotate your photo, and upload it again.
To change the photo on your digital membership card, simply tap the create account link again, upload a new photo, and either re-enter your current password, or create a new one.
If you've recently joined the Association, or have contacted the office to update your membership details, please be aware that it can take upto 24 hours for the digital membership card app to update.
